What type job openings will I find on this career page?
On our career page you will find up-to-date job postings from various areas. All job postings apply to our location in Frankfurt/Main. As a rule, the postings are in reference to indefinite permanent positions unless a time limit is explicitly mentioned in the job description.
What do I do if I am interested in more than one opening – is one application sufficient?
If you are interested in more than one position, simply make note of this in your cover letter. Our tip: Explain why you want to apply for more than one position and why you would be qualified for these positions.
Can I make an unsolicited application?
Unsolicited applications are always possible.
Do you prefer applications sent by mail?
We are happy to receive all types of applications – whether by regular mail or by email. Please do not forget to mention your anticipated salary and possible starting date in your cover letter.
Can you describe the interview process?
If selected, the applicant will go through two intense one-on-one interviews. The first interview is conducted between the candidate and both the personnel and the specialty departments in order to gain information regarding the candidate and his/her special skills. An additional interview is conducted between the applicant and the management board.
What sort of training can I expect?
On your first day of work you will become acquainted with your future colleagues and with all the important details of the company. Following this, you will promptly begin work as a fully integrated team member, fully responsible and as an integral component of the team and its work.
How is advanced training handled?
Advanced training is a critical component of every career path. Appropriate training sessions are determined at regular intervals by way of intense interviews between respective supervisors and the personnel department.
What sort of compensation can I expect?
CeFDex offers you compensation that is both attractive and in line with market requirements. Compensation is paid out in twelve equal portions at the end of each month. Periodic level and salary checks are conducted once a year. In addition to the fixed annual salary, employees may also receive a performance-based bonus at the end of the year.
How can I briefly explain what CeFDex does to someone not familiar with it?
CeFDex is regulated as a Market Maker in accordance with German law and offers institutional investors quick access to the CFD market. Transparently and individually tailored to the wishes of the cooperating partner, we offer the entire value chain including trading, IT solutions, consulting and our Service Center.

Currently we employ about 50 people at our company.
